I’m Neo Magadani , a UX Designer with a BA Honours in Psychology , bringing together an understanding of human behaviour, problem-solving, and digital product design.

My background in Psychology shaped the way I approach design: with curiosity about people, attention to how they interact with systems, and a desire to understand the problems behind the interface.

I enjoy working on complex products and turning them into experiences that are clearer, more intuitive, and easier to navigate. From mapping user journeys to designing workflows and refining interfaces, I’m interested in creating solutions that work for both the people using them and the teams building them.

I’m especially drawn to products where people, technology, and business needs intersect, because that’s where thoughtful design can make a meaningful difference.
